The failure of philosophy:
language and cognition between Hegel and Wittgenstein
What is language failure and what are its implications in philosophy? Language fails in both the moments of self-establishment and cognition, and at the same time this failure is something that enables this very cognition in the first place. The aim of my paper is to clear up the specific structure of language as failure, the paradox of creating the reality in language by failing to grasp it in its truth, and the reasons and characteristics of the failure of philosophy.
