The experience of studying at KU Linz as an exchange student is not only about meeting new people, a comfortable environment, and acquiring knowledge. It is also about the best opportunity you could take advantage of, which I did five months ago.

If you are still hesitating – whether you have enough Strength? Knowledge? Language proficiency? – just take the step and submit your application. You will surely be welcomed by a friendly circle of fellow exchange students, kind professors, and interesting courses. If you want to enhance your academic knowledge, improve your English, and even learn a bit of German – all of this is possible thanks to the semester exchange program. Moreover, the beautiful streets and stunning landscapes will offer you plenty of walks.

My favorite subject was “The Shadows of Past”, where I learned about Austria not just as a country of beautiful mountains and delicious chocolate, but also about its real history and heritage.

The most amazing thing about Linz is the huge number of museums you can visit together with professors during courses, friendly people and cozy streets in the city center. Thanks to KU Linz, I also had the opportunity to travel to different cities. Especially the trip to the mountains, where we had a picnic with students and our coordinator right in the middle of a meadow surrounded by mountains.

Here, I found a circle of like-minded people and good friends with whom we shared lunch between lectures, laughed a lot, and learned much about other countries – especially by trying the national dishes of different nations:)
