Departments and Programmes
With its two faculties, the Faculty of Theology and the Faculty of Philosophy and Art History, the Catholic Private University Linz is a center for the humanities and cultural studies in Linz. With programmes in the fields of theology, religious education, philosophy, and theory of art the KU Linz critically looks at the economic, technological, cultural and social developments of the country in its entirety.
Study procedures comply with the three-tier structure inaugurated by the Bologna Process. On all levels students may choose from various modules according to their specific fields of interest.
