Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM)

Since 2015, Key Action 1 of the Erasmus+ programme has been promoting international mobility of students and university staff within the EU programme countries, as well as worldwide mobility.

KU Linz was awarded (Call 2019) by jury decision in July 2019 € 84.000,- to International Credit Mobility (ICM), i.e. an Erasmus + mobility grant outside Europe. This grant enables KU Linz students to undertake study and research stays at our strategic partner universities School of Theology and Ministry, Boston College, USA and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR), Brazil and receive grants. KU Linz employees receive funding for teaching and further education. In addition,  we are able to welcomes students and researchers from the PUCPR and BC at KU Linz who are receiving grants for studying, researching or teaching at KU Linz.
